What should I do if a transaction I do not recognize has posted to my account?
If  a transaction has posted that you do not recognize, please call us at 1-888-342-8766 or visit a branch.  We will review your account with you and help you resolve the issue.

What should I do if my U.S. Eagle Visa debit card has been used for fraudulent activity?
Please call the Visa debit card fraud Help Line at 1-800-528-2273 and close your card right away.  The agent on the phone can direct you to the next steps to help you recover your funds.

What should I do if I am a victim of identity theft?
The government website, has a comprehensive guideline with appropriate actions to help consumers that are identity theft victims.  You may also contact U.S. Eagle at 1-888-342-8766 and we can offer additional guidance about your particular situation.

What should I do if my U.S. Eagle Visa credit card has been used for a fraudulent transaction?
Please call the Visa credit card Help Line at 1-800-442-4757 and close your credit card immediately.  An agent on the phone will help you dispute fraudulent transactions that have posted to your credit card.

What should I do if someone calls me and asks for account or card information?
The best thing to do in this situation is hang up.  Do not share your identity or account information with anyone.  U.S. Eagle does not call to ask you about your account number or card numbers.  If you think that you may be a victim of a fraudulent attempt to acquire your personal or U.S. Eagle account information, contact us at 1-888-342-8766 for more advice regarding your particular situation.
