Expects to Graduate: 2018
Q: What is your dream job?
A: To be published in the New Yorker for photography.
Q: Who is your hero?
A: My hero is my dad. Although it sounds cliché, he has had the biggest influence on my life. He encourages me to work hard, leads by example, and speaks life into me every day. He is very optimistic and always treats people with respect and courtesy. His work ethic and constant goal to lead others inspires me, and I hope to be even half the person he is one day.
Q: What was one of your proudest moments?
A: Being published on VICE for my documentary-photography project in Albuquerque. Recently, I received a phone call and was told that my photos would finally be published after trying for eight months. My photos were officially published on April 24, 2018.
Q: What is your life goal?
A: To finish UNM with a Masters in Photography so I can open up my own gallery one day.
