Nominees for 2021 Board of Directors
The Nominating Committee has nominated three candidates for the three open positions for U.S. Eagle Federal Credit Union’s Board of Directors to be filled in 2021.
M. Reese Gateley
Mr. Gateley’s passion is for the financial well-being of the members. He works toward that goal by currently serving as Treasurer and being a member of the Asset Liability Committee while helping develop budgets and monitoring financial performance.

Roger J. Salter
Mr. Salter has brought unique financial education programs to U.S. Eagle to help our members meet their financial goals.

Mary E. Homan
Ms. Homan’s community experience demonstrates her passion of giving back to the community and helping her fellow citizen grow and thrive. “Two of my goals will be to ensure that US Eagle’s community engagement is effective and that the services offered reflect the growing needs of its members, supporting them in their efforts to grow wealth,” stated Ms. Homan.

Nomination Process
Nominations for the Board of Directors may be made by the Nominating Committee or by petition. The following requirements must be met to petition for nomination:
- An official petition must be secured from U.S. Eagle and returned no later than February 18, 2021. The petition must be signed by at least 500 credit union members in good standing and must include all account numbers. The members must be at least 18 years of age.
- Written statement of qualifications, biographical information, and a willingness to serve a three-year term, if elected, must accompany the petition.
