We will never call, text, or email you out of the blue asking for personal information.

If someone claims to be from U.S. Eagle and requests your details, hang up and call us directly.

Common Red Flags

Texts or emails with links asking you to verify account details – delete them and contact us.
Suspicious emails, even from familiar names – don’t click links or download attachments.
Calls asking “Can you hear me?” – don’t say “Yes.” Hang up instead. Scammers may record your voice for fraud.

Tech Tips for Extra Protection

Keep your devices and browsers updated with the latest software.
Use strong, unique passwords for US Eagle accounts and change them regularly.
Enable two-step verification for added security.
Beware of “pay yourself” scams – never send money without confirming the recipient.
Never allow remote access to your devices from unknown callers.
Double-check websites before making purchases – look for the padlock icon and verify the URL.
