Rio Grande Food Project

Since 1989, the Rio Grande Food Project has worked to prevent and end hunger for children, adults, and seniors throughout the Albuquerque metro area.

Casa Esperanza

Casa Esperanza provides appropriate housing and emotional support for patients and their families who reside temporarily in Albuquerque while the patient receives treatment.


Albuquerque Community Foundation

The Albuquerque Community Foundation administers a permanent community endowment comprised of many gifts, and uses the earnings from that endowment to make grants to other nonprofit organizations and educational institutions.

New Mexico Black History

Since 2010 the New Mexico Black History Organizing Committee has been committed to highlighting and celebrating African American’s contributions to American history throughout the United States.


The Rio Grande Valley Blue Star Mothers is a support and service group joining together to share our concerns, worries, our pride, and our devotion for our loved ones serving in all branches of the Armed Forces of the United States.


Meals On Wheels Albuquerque
Meals on Wheels provides nutritious meals and crucial social contact each day to approximately 500 clients in the Albuquerque area.

The Alzheimer’s Association works on a global, national and local level to provide care and support for all those affected by Alzheimer’s and other dementias.

Job Corps is a no-cost education and career technical training program that helps young people improve the quality of their lives through career technical and academic training.

Quality New Mexico
Quality New Mexico drives performance excellence in New Mexico through coaching, training, facilitation, and the annual best practice conference – the Learning Summit. 

Paws and Stripes
Paws and Stripes provide service dogs for veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder and traumatic brain injury at no-cost to the veteran.

Animal Humane’s mission is to support and improve the lives of New Mexico's cats and dogs through sheltering, adoptions, humane education and veterinary services.

The Rio Grande Down Syndrome Network is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to empower individuals with Down syndrome and their families through advocacy, education and support.
